Baked on a chocolate cookie crust, topped with chocolate ganache and chopped peanut butter cups. A peanut butter and chocolate lover’s dream!
Cookies n’ Cream Cheesecake
A creamy cookies n’ cream cheesecake with chocolate cookie bites over a chocolate cookie crust. Then topped with a chocolate ganache, homemade whipped cream, more cookies, and cookie crumbles. This cheesecake can be dyed pink or blue for a baby shower, green for St. Patrick’s Day, or any color of your choice!

Introduction
Hello, my name is Cami. As a little girl I was always helping my grandma in the kitchen, baking desserts. I started making cheesecakes about 10 years ago for my family during the holidays, and they were always a big hit! My Uncle encouraged me to start my own business and sell my gourmet desserts. Now, as an adult I took on that family traditon to bake, and I just love putting smiles on everyone's face when they taste my treats! Hope you enjoy!
